I’m Rochak Basnet, a Media and Entertainment Arts (Video Arts) major at the University of Southern Mississippi, passionate about filmmaking and visual storytelling. I currently work as a Communications Specialist at the Center for Entrepreneurship, where I create and manage media content to highlight innovation, student stories, and campus impact.
 

Previously, I served as Creative Director for Southern Miss Student Media and as an Assistant Producer/Technical Director for Southern Miss Television. Through projects like Hub City Gameday and Beyond Borders, I’ve strengthened my skills in producing, directing, filming, editing, and graphic design while collaborating with diverse creative teams.
 

Outside the professional space, I run a YouTube channel where I share vlogs, dance videos, and skits. I’m driven by the goal of crafting meaningful media and pursuing opportunities in the film, TV, and entertainment industry that allow me to grow, inspire, and create lasting impact.
